1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TW PLUMB's website and the services we provide. By accessing this website and/or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Services

We provide plumbing and heating services including, but not limited to:

Boiler installation and repair
Radiator fitting
Leak detection and repair
Emergency call-outs

4. Bookings & Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Emergency services may incur higher charges.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in GBP
A full quote will be provided before work commences unless it is a call out.
Payment is due upon satisafctory completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments will incur interest charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate until payment is made.
We accept cash and bank transfer.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to charge for wasted visits due to customer unavailability.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer a 12 month guarantee on parts and labour, subject to terms.
Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other consumer
legislation.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services, unless due to our negligence or breach of contract.

9. Access and Safety

Customers must ensure safe access to the property and working environment.
We reserve the right to withdraw services if there is a health and safety risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Thomas Donovan T/A TW PLUMB.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
